repaired
Warning:
You must observe all of the local and other safety laws and regulations
that are applicable.

these instructions may result in serious injury or loss of property and it will
void all of the manufactures and sellers responsibility and warranty.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
The
stove shall be only operated by adults and according to the instructions in this
manual. Children should not be left
unattended near the stove when in operation nor shall they operate the stove.
1.
First burn
The surface paint has to be burned in. It is important to burn at full power ( bring it slowly to full power) for 1 hour to burn the paint in. Keep the windows and doors open for proper ventilation and do not stay in the room or leave any pets in the room. During the initial burn do not touch the fireplace, you could damage the paint.
2.
Starting the fire
Clean
the grate and ash pan from ashes. Open the air intake regulator all the way. Lay
some paper balls on the grate, on top of it some dry kindling and light the
paper. Few larger pieces of wood
should then be put on top of the kindling.
Once the wood starts to burn close the firebox door and wait few minutes
for the fire to establish itself. Now
more wood can be added to the firebox.
3.
Operation
Regulate
the intensity of the fire only with the air intake regulator. Do not keep the
firebox door open. The firebox door should be open only during refueling.
4.
Cleaning
The
surface and glass should be cleaned only when there is no fire in the stove and
it has cooled down. Use a dry cloth or regular cleaners without acid and bleach.
5.
Fuel
Use
only dry wood
Do not cover the fireplace
breathers and the opening in the base of the fireplace or you will damage the
fireplace by exceeding the rated output. Heat needs to come out of the breathers
and air needs to come to the firebox through the opening in the base. You can
store firewood in the opening but do not store paper in the opening of the base.
IMPORTANT WARNINGS AND ADVISE
- when installing, operating and maintaining a solid fuel fired fireplace
always observe basic standards of fire
safety
- this fireplace is hot during operation. Keep children, clothes,
furniture and all combustible materials away.
- never start a fire with any combustible materials such as gasoline,
kerosene, fire starter, diesel fuel,
etc(never use these materials as fuel). Use
kindling made of soft or hardwood
- when working with chemicals or other agents in your home which could
cause
ignition or an
explosion, make sure that there is no fire burning in your fireplace
- the fire box door should be open only when starting a fire and during
refueling
- if you should experience a problem with your stove not burning efficiently
when all your house doors and
windows are closed and your house is properly insulated and
sealed, there is an easy remedy for this problem. Simply crack a window to let
some fresh air into the room, as fire needs oxygen to burn
- remember that your stove depends on fresh air to accomplish efficient
and proper operation (draft)
- keep your grate clean. Frequently
empty the ashes. Keep the stove
pipes and chimney clean and you will enjoy your stove for many years.
It is recommended that you check your stove pipes and elbows at least
once a month and clean if necessary
- remove ashes carefully and put them in a metal container with a tightly
fitting lid. Place the container on
a none combustible floor away from any combustible
materials until the ashes have cooled completely
- if the fireplace becomes faulty, stop using it and do not attempt to
repair it yourself, contact an approved service organization
Failure to observe any of these
instructions may result in serious injury or loss of property and it will void
all of the manufactures and sellers responsibility and warranty.
