This model is designed for outdoor and recreational use. Great for home use. Excellent for heating water, home canning, making syrup, jelly, rendering, butchering, general cooking, etc. The unit consist of two parts. The bottom wood and ash chamber with a chimney pipe attached. Has two handles for better handling. The top part is a 16 gallon removable porcelain kettle with a lid. Both parts are constructed of special heavy duty sheet metal, which is covered in enamel. The top part fits into the bottom part and can be removed.
